Korneliusz graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He also completed post-graduate studies in business and strategyat the Poznan University of Economics. In 2006, he started PhD studies at the Poznan University of Economics. Korneliusz started his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2004, he joined the Tax Department of Ernst & Young, where he worked as a Manager.

Korneliusz is a licensed tax adviser (entry no. 10473).

His main area of expertise is VAT. He has also been engaged in projects in the field of corporate income tax, civil transactions tax and international tax law.

He has taken part in numerous comprehensive tax reviews and due diligence projects. He has also been engaged in providing M&A advisory services as well as planning tax efficient business structures. He has developed procedures that aimed at mitigating tax risks connected with business operations. He represented various Clients in the proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. He has successfully assisted a number of Clients in numerous proceedings concerning claims for refund of overpaid tax.

Korneliusz carried out numerous tax training sessions, conferences and seminars. He is an author of a number of articles and publications both in the dailies (e.g. Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu) and professional magazines (e.g. Prawo i Podatki, Pharma Poland News).
